These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Desk of MJ’s website and services. By accessing or using my services, you agree to these terms.
I provide design, development, and marketing services. Project terms are outlined in separate agreements.
A 50% deposit is required to begin any project, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Retainers are billed monthly.
All designs, code, and content created by Desk of MJ remain the property of Desk of MJ until full payment is received.
Clients must provide necessary materials, access, and feedback promptly to keep the project moving smoothly.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business and project information.
Desk of MJ is not liable for damages beyond the project scope, including indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other breaches any material term.
