1. Project Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. This secures your spot and covers initial research, planning, and project setup.
2. Service Cancellation
- If you need to cancel within 7 days of project start, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any work completed and administrative costs.
- Cancellations after 7 days are non-refundable, but I may offer credit towards future projects at my discretion.
3. Retainer Services
- Retainer payments are non-refundable, as they secure dedicated time and resources each month. If you wish to cancel, a 30-day written notice is required.
- Upon cancellation, work will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. All deliverables up to that point will be handed over.
4. Disputes
- If you have any concerns with the work, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. I will make every effort to address and resolve any issues promptly.
- Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind or shifts in project direction.
5. Scope Changes & Additional Work
- If you want to adjust the scope of work, I’ll provide a clear estimate before moving forward.
- Additional work outside of the original agreement may require adjustments to the timeline and costs.
6. Force Majeure
Desk of MJ Ltd is not responsible for project delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
